Need Help with Adidas Refund - Lobvcu - 05-25-2022 Hello i made an order which weights 3kg from Adidas and i was going to DNA, but the delivery really didn't come, since Adidas forgot to add my port number on address so tracking showed it needed extra information, so i had to call UPS and change delivery address (add port number), now i have the order but not sure if i should DNA, i would prefer to do DNA but if i can't i will just do PEB, wanted to know if it's still doable or not since on tracking shows the address has been changed, also keep in mind i already contacted Adidas when tracking was asking for information and they told me to contact UPS, maybe i can use that as a way to show i already had problems before address was changed? Anyways please provide feedback, thanks. RE: Need Help with Adidas Refund - mothered - 05-25-2022 Quote:i made an order which weights 3kgWay too heavy to PEB It. Quote:i was going to DNAYes, It can still be DNA'd. A change of address does not affect your claim for nonreceipt of goods. RE: Need Help with Adidas Refund - Lobvcu - 05-25-2022 Ok, i did DNA and the guy talking to me on the phone said he is going to be my support in this process and he asked me to call UPS and ask where my package is and why they didn't deliver at my house, he also said he couldn't see where the package is and it's probably in a UPS drop point, now he sent me the email asking to say what UPS directly said to me, what should i answer? You've purchased through Adidas and they're handling your claim, so It's their role to open an Investigation, and liaise with UPS themselves.
