@mothered they've responded to my request just now.
Here's what they have to say,
Hello,

Greetings from Amazon,

Your request for a ref. on this order has been denied: Order XXXXX.

We are unable to issue a refund or replacement for this order because our records show the order was complete when it left our fulfillment center. In addition, the carrier has confirmed that the parcel was intact and undamaged when it was delivered to you. Per our policies, placing an order for any reason other than a genuine attempt to purchase the merchandise is prohibited. Regards,

On the chat support they said, "their investigation is done & they dont have any access over this particular case. There is nothing else they can do for me now."

I'm assuming their investigation involved at max to max confirming with the carrier + looking my account's refund history only, and since my account is flagged already they dont care to look at anything else or extra...
What to do now? @mothered please help me with some inputs. I again mailed to jeff...response is yet to come.
