Hi y’all, i need help SEing an iphone 12 i placed the order yesterday on amazon and it comes in 2 days.
I received this morning the shipping confirmation and they told me they’ll give me an otp password to say to the courier the day of delivery.
I wanted to DNA it because here in italy courier never ask for signature or nothing but now i’m pretty scared of the otp i don’t know what to do now.
im a beginner so:
I don’t know how to edit return labels for FTID
I was thinking about Sealed Box but i don’t know where to find dummy phones, any tips with the dry rice or something?

They should've warned out about the OTP during the checkout, it's been like this for months in Italy, DNA isn't an option anymore for expensive items
You could try your luck claiming EB, if your account is old and trusted enough it might work (maybe with a PR request, but doable)
Otherwise FTID is probably your easiest option, there are plenty of groups offering this service for a couple dozen euros
