They should've warned out about the OTP during the checkout, it's been like this for months in Italy, DNA isn't an option anymore for expensive items
You could try your luck claiming EB, if your account is old and trusted enough it might work (maybe with a PR request, but doable)
Otherwise FTID is probably your easiest option, there are plenty of groups offering this service for a couple dozen euros

i think i’ll i go for the Sealed box or EB but if they ask for the PR and i can risk something bad doing it?

You can't bypass the OTP now, well you could but it's gonna be super hard
While it is too heavy for a regular EB, you could try claiming the phone itself was missing from the box while the rest of stuff was there (MEB: manufacturer empty box) and they might let it slip based on your account rep
