Howdy folks.
I am currently trying so hard at attempting to SE at least 1 Alienware monitor from DELL. I have several service tags and pictures I can use however, my problem seems to be them verifying the claim.
I have been told by some that they have processed a replacement pretty instantly and without much trouble, the same does not seem to be happening for me.
I always seem to fail on them verifying the picture of the back of the monitor or verifying the POP. I was just wondering if anyone has any recent experience with Dell and could lend a hand.

I am but a simple gnome who likes free things, none of this is real. It is all simply fiction.
