Need advice for a laptop SE 05-09-2022, 04:39 PM

I was attempting to SE a lenovo laptop with a serial number I've found on the internet. I have managed to get a label to send in the laptop for repair. I claimed that the battery was swollen.
What can I do now?
Edit: there is a weight of 2kg written on the label. I'm not sure if they weigh the packages at the drop off point. Would it be smart to send in an empty package?
