Need advice for a laptop SE - Sutfnabor - 05-09-2022 I was attempting to SE a lenovo laptop with a serial number I've found on the internet. I have managed to get a label to send in the laptop for repair. I claimed that the battery was swollen. What can I do now? Edit: there is a weight of 2kg written on the label. I'm not sure if they weigh the packages at the drop off point. Would it be smart to send in an empty package? And If It did, you would've kept It. This gives them some reassurance of a caring consumer who's not targeting a warranty claim unless It's necessary. However, It started smoking, hence you threw It out for health and safety concerns. |
