currently in live chat with an amazon associate for a simple SE ( 50 dollar glvoes, very light and small)
I'm doing a DNA and said it wasnte delivered even thought it has been, he said that he checked with carrier and everything checks out, he said hes going to lead an investigation but send me a replacement.

What should I DO? Is the investigation ok or should i just say my roomate found it or something

perfectly fine, same thing happened with the majority of people here. they most likely want you to call them back within 3 business days and they will refund you. its a normal process and does not mean your se is failing
