i did call them just a few minutes ago, said that i ordered them for my brother birthday and that i did not receive anything, SE went well and they said i'll get my money back in a few days, no investigation whatsoever so i think that's it.

Do you have a record of the conversation confirming the refund?

No i don't have one, my items are labeled as "returned" on the app so i don't no if it's really important, this is interesting tho, why i would want to have a record ?
