Nike SE advice - Wardevil - 05-03-2022 Hi all ! I recently bought a pair of shoes and socks from Nike, delivered in the same package, for about 120€. I was wondering if it was dna'able since one of my family member signed for it, however, there was no picture of the delivery and no OTP either. So my question is is there a high enough chance that it will work? I also opened the box with some errors but its mostly fine, i can upload a picture if you want, so i was also wondering if in case the dna didn't go through, it would be possible to try boxing or even a ftid afterwards. I also considered that it would be possible to do PEB but I saw a lot of people saying that the packages were weighed. What do you think and do you have any advice ? (I already done some SE but never on nike) RE: Nike SE advice - mothered - 05-03-2022 Quote:I was wondering if it was dna'able since one of my family member signed for itWas It fake signed? Quote:there was no picture of the delivery and no OTP eitherPerfect to DNA It. Quote:I also opened the box with some errorsWhat type of errors are you referring to? Quote:I also considered that it would be possible to do PEB but I saw a lot of people saying that the packages were weighed.Every consignment Is weighed for record keeping and cost of freight. Obviously you wish to PEB the shoes, yes? If so, they're too heavy. RE: Nike SE advice - Wardevil - 05-03-2022 Quote:Was It fake signed?I don't think so, is that a struggle in that case ? Quote:What type of errors are you referring to?I accidentally opened a small part 10/20% of the easy opening, and the side of the box is a bit torn and i think that may make the boxing impossible (look at the attached photo) ![]() ![]() Quote:Obviously you wish to PEB the shoes, yes?Absolutely. I think amazon are dumb so because i already SE'ed a 10+ kilos pc case with EB. RE: Nike SE advice - Wardevil - 05-03-2022 Quote:A real signature represents and confirms receipt of goods. But how can they prove that's it's a real signature? Quote:I'm sure It can be put/glued back together.it's not really obvious, tho you can see it if you really look, but i think it's something that could happend during transport, altho it may trigger they attention. ( i saw that they do not really look a lot for returns for nike from others members) Quote:Do you still have the torn pieces?a bit is still glued to the other part but one part is really lost i can't find it Quote:The representative probably forgot to take his antipsychotic meds on the day of approving the claim.Haha that must be the reason ! So, despite the fact that the box is not in perfect condition you recommend boxing rather than another method? And even if i try dna before it will be boxable no? Also if they open it and find out it's just old shoes would they ban me or start anything legally ? Alternatively, the wrong Item received method can be used. (05-03-2022, 12:49 PM)Wardevil Wrote: And even if i try dna before it will be boxable no?How long ago did you hit the DNA? RE: Nike SE advice - Wardevil - 05-03-2022 Quote:By requesting documents/ID containing the signature In question. But i can give my documents, and not my family member ones, or do i don't understand something ? Quote:You've suggested boxing, not me.First, you're right, and it's probably a dumb move considering i failed to open it properly. Wrong item is a valid option, tho, idk what to send back since i do not think i can find something similar in weight for a bit of the cost. Quote:How long ago did you hit the DNA?I did not hit anything, i must've explained it badly sorry, i'm thinking of hitting dna then come up with an excuse like "my brother hid it to brother me" like a day after if it does not work to be able to send it back. Quote:In terms of the old shoes, what do you have In mind?Old Nike shoes, i have actually two pairs but one is pretty dead and its obvious that it was wore for a long time, the other may be in a enough good condition to maybe look new with a good cleaning, but they are really old. Thanks for all that, your help is much appreciated. Nike will easily Identify It's not a stock Item of theirs. (05-03-2022, 05:30 PM)Wardevil Wrote: Thanks for all that, your help is much appreciated. You're welcome. Or there is a chance of instant refund if i make up a good enough story ? Also do you think if they find out that i lied its returnable anyway ? Like for wrong item. Quote:Allocate some time to thoroughly research It.I will. Like for wrong item.In terms of the DNA, simply say that a family member accepted the package In your absence, then return It for a refund. |
