today I received an email from carrier here in SVK about customs.

I am just wondering - is still partial product missing method viable here?

Does customs actually open the box/package and Inspect Its contents?

In some cases they do - in some they don't. I experienced both. Once they stopped my package with a book - and so they didn't really inspect it by opening it.

But I experienced once when I ordered from Boohoo - the package was ripped from side with a small hole which was taped after - probably them just skimming through it at the products.

So I guess I will see once the package comes (which will take around 5-7 days they told me)
