Quick question - Amazon UK - uknown_babe - 04-27-2022
Hi guys, here is what I'm going to do:
1. Order from Amazon UK this product: Micro Card SD 1 TB (Link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/SanDisk-Extreme-microSDXC-Adapter-Performance/dp/B07RKL6PK9)
2. Since item has 4.54 g, I will order with another product. When I receive package and open it, I will pickup a phone and will call Amazon support to ask what happened.
3. Act, pretend and just really get into the character of a man, that spent hard-earned 200$ money on SD card and now it seems that I didn't receive it..
4. ???
5. Profit
What do you think? The issue with grams is that even when I ordered a book that has like 120 grams - it shows on the package when I receive it as 0.12 kg so it seems they track it. But with 4 grams I think they can't do a shit right? Especially when I order with another product.
btw. I am from Slovakia and so far I had no problems with orders from amazon UK. I have buying history of over 10 orders.

That's a relief! Just placed an order - I'll get it on around May 3 so I will be waiting for the package to come and then I'll make the call.
Is there any sentence I should never say? Or something I should avoid doing while on the phone?

Just take the product out of the box yourself and then pretend you're seeing the box for the first time, convince yourself that's how it got to your home and act accordingly, it doesn't get any easier than this... the product was REALLY missing, so just speak to them as if it is so, nothing more

With such a low weight you’ll be fine. Just get your head into the frame of mind where you’ve opened the box and it’s missing … I’d play dumb and ask whether it was coming in a separate parcel.
