Yes, i actually spoke to 6 reps. Every call I made (3), they kept redirecting me to another service. And the 3 reps I had a call with said that they don't have much information and the investigation service is going to contact me. They are probably the Irish number i refereed to in my first post. They left a vocal but it's in French and you would probably not understand what he says. It was someone who was pretty difficult to understand and his French wasn't the best. I tried to call back but it's a number I couldn't call back.

You're probably right about it. When I got the call from the investigation department, the package was still in transit and since it was delivered to their address given the tracking, I have not received any news from this so-called department. But if they send me the evidence of the empty envelope, what can I do ? I will deny any fraud for obvious reason but I guess it can goes further than the simple pr, isn't it ? They are a billion $ company but they seem to be very annoying.

To finish off, I could get the pr done if they ask me but I don't know how the police work. Won't they check my past records ? I don't want to return the package for suspicious reason but I don't want to lose 1.1k, that would be annoying.
