I got a chargeback but apparently you aren't covered under section 75 when you make a payment through a 3rd party.

As said In my previous post, If the company has a commercial entity agreement with PayPal/third party, you can claim a Section 75.

I'd say the company you're dealing with doesn't have such an agreement, hence you're not covered.
