received the package 2 hours ago but i was at school. I asked my dad if he signed or anything and he said no nothing. He just handed the package over and left. So now I’m not sure if he has taken a pic of the package

Given your dad accepted the package, wouldn't he have noticed If a photo was taken?

they are now telling me to claim through ups. What should i do?

Logitech Is handling your claim, so It's their responsibility to liaise with UPS through an Investigation.

It has been sorted out now. UPS replied to the claim stating they cant find the package and they have marked it as lost lol . Their proof of delivery was 'left at residential'. Just called up logitech and sent them the email and i should have a reply within 48 hrs about my claim and hopefully have a refund processed! Thank you so much for helping.
