Logitech EB or PEB? HELP! - sully.muh - 04-17-2022
I have ordered Logitech Headphones (G733), I cant seem to find the weight of the whole box but the headphones weigh 278 grams.
What do you think i should do? i have an old Logitech mouse g703 which weighs 95grams.
I guess i could say that i received that instead but theres a difference of 180grams. Has anyone done Logitech before and how did it go?
Can someone help please!
(The order is being delivered by UPS) lmk if i can do dna and how effective it is with ups.

I think the headphones are too heavy for EB.
If what you're trying to do is wrong item received, I also believe that the weight difference between the deadphones and the mouse is too noticeable.
I think your best bet would be DNA as long as you're not asked for verification when you receive the package.
Let us know when you receive it and we'll go from there.

By whats written i think it will just be a signature which means i can do a DNA easily right? or should i do another method just to be safe

I called logitech up and told them i havent received my package as i was at work and noone was at home and bla bla. They said they opened up a ticket and the higher team would reply within 24 hrs stating what they will do or how long it will take to investigate. Do you think its a pass as ups says it’s been left at residential which means left like outside right?
Edit: they are now telling me to claim through ups. What should i do?

Filed the ups claim and 3-4 hours later they replied back asking for the price of the product and details etc as they couldnt find the parcel or provide proof of delivery . That was easy lol!
