received the package 2 hours ago but i was at school. I asked my dad if he signed or anything and he said no nothing. He just handed the package over and left. So now I’m not sure if he has taken a pic of the package however when i go onto track my package it says -
Left at residential
Received by(my name)
I called logitech up and told them i havent received my package as i was at work and noone was at home and bla bla. They said they opened up a ticket and the higher team would reply within 24 hrs stating what they will do or how long it will take to investigate. Do you think its a pass as ups says it’s been left at residential which means left like outside right?
Edit: they are now telling me to claim through ups. What should i do?
