I chatted with them couple of times more. Everytime they said they can't give me signature of the delivery

Not good enough.

They've declined your claim based on a signature on receipt of goods, and given you didn't sign It, you have every right to request a copy and they're also obligated to comply. If they've got nothing to hide, they have everything to show - "demand" the signature be emailed asap.

I opened a PayPal dispute and today paypal denied me the case saying these :

"We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s).

This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered."

For future reference, do not open a dispute with PayPal with the DNA.

They side with the seller on almost every occasion, based on GPS/tracking marking the consignment as delivered.
