I did a DNA with my first order with Lulu. 2 items worth 309 C$.  They started a 'trace' and told me to contact them after 6 business days. When i followed up, they are saying they have a signed for ( under my name) from FedEx. I havent signed for it. I guess the driver signed for it with my name. I couldn't see how they signed it on FedEx portal and Lulu is refusing me the refund. Shall i initiate a disputé with paypal?

Contact the delivery agency and argue you didn’t sign for it and see if you can’t get some documentation or case number to submit to Lulu as further evidence, And as already noted, bombard lulu
Not sure if I would use a PayPal dispute for this one. Perhaps box them? I imagine your items are very light and would be inexpensive to purchase the needed materials to box. For further reference check out Motherds blog. Has a step by step guide
