I have contacted apple regarding this. They said escalating anything will lead to the same result. They said to contact local authorities in which I replied ‘they have said this will not resolve to my refund but they will open a case’. They said if they open a case then we will assist them in any way they can.

Contact DPD and tell them that Apple Is refusing to comply with their (DPD's) Instructions.

Also, forward Apple's response to DPD.

Again, they are sending me to Apple. Seems like DPD won’t comply at all
