Last conversation. I escalated and asked for a call back. They said they are investigating with delivery driver and will get back to me. That’s it

Don't just leave It at that.

Keep contacting them asking where your claim stands, and when the Investigation Is expected to be finalized.

So they have replied & they are saying the delivery has been successful to the address. They said they will not accept liability and it appears I am a victim of crime so I need to take it on with police.

The parcel was not delivered to door nor does it seems so in delivery picture

What shall I do?
