I am asking if I should be worried of outcome on this if they passed this to public prosecutor's office and if charge of attempted fraud under § 263 et seq. StGB has been filed with the police?
There has to exist something how I can get out with it. That's why looking for someone who might help
I wouldn't worry about it tbh. How much was the item worth?
