So i have unlimited appeals with PayPal as long as i do it within 10 days? .

You can appeal only the one time.

What PayPal did with the appeal on their end, Is different to the buyer's rights to appeal It themselves.

I may have to do corrupted file method for sure then. I will do it tomorrow, saying when i complained about the outcome to them that they received a "receipt" and we can use it for a letter. Which i  had no idea about .
