I played into the fact my 'son' had found it bulging and smoking and I wasn't thinking about photos videos but more about the safety of me and my family as it was late in the evening as well and he woke me up to tell me.

You can still claim a photo was taken, by saying that your brother took It without your knowledge and told you about It at a later time.

They said ill get an email in two business days from the interns about my situation and that I should tell my insurance as well bcs they wouldn't be able to help probably
