Hey so I bought this laptop on 31st of Januari, and after thinking about it i wanted to refund it because i just overpaid way too much.
I tried going for the battery leaking on a live chat. After going as the mother who's concerned about her sons health when the battery started bulging and smoking the person said he needed more proof and can't do anything for me. And he wants to ask higher ups what he can and can't do. Anyone know how I should handle this situation and if i can still try other methods for future products on this account or not?

if I took photos/videos, I played into the fact my 'son' had found it bulging and smoking and I wasn't thinking about photos videos but more about the safety of me and my family as it was late in the evening as well and he woke me up to tell me. You can still claim a photo was taken, by saying that your brother took It without your knowledge and told you about It at a later time.
