Did just go though the customer chat on their website and was told they are initiating a “trace” which is just a check from their team to FEDEX, inquiring about the package. After 6 business days they will conclude the “investigation” and will be able to take steps to rectify this situation when that time comes. Will continue to update this thread as it develops.
