I was originally planning on using the DNA method but Amazon delivered the GPU via UPS and required a signature.

May I ask why you didn't fake sign It?

it will be dropped off at a UPS store location for pickup. Since the driver did not just leave it as I had hoped I’m thinking DNA might not be the best choice

A photo ID will be required to pickup the package at a UPS access point.

If a copy of the ID Is not taken (only viewed), the DNA may still be possible.

that and empty box, sealed box or wrong item method would work better now.

In terms of the EB/missing Item method, what's the precise weight of the GPU?

As for the sealed box method, Is there a factory seal and/or clear film securing the box? Also, can the GPU be viewed externally without opening It?
