They only answered by saying they can't proceed with my police report unless it's in english or deutsch.. of course it's in italian, as I'm from italy, so what now?
I have no clue where to get a translated report

File a PR online In English.

Alternatively, tell them to scan the report and translate It. It's not difficult (for them) to use common sense.

PLUS they ignore my question about the signature

How should I proceed?

"Demand" an urgent response - on the grounds that It's an Integral part of the claim's evaluation.

I will tell them I can translate the report for then, if that's even worth something, unfortunately i couldn't find any way to get an English PR here

I will also starting acting pissed off by asking for a copy of the signature again and proof that the package was actually delivered because so far they have none, even though in a previous email they said

we have considered information from our records, as follows which indicate the item as delivered:

- the timed geocode stamp of the delivery location;
- information collected at the point of delivery; and
- the package weight and reported condition upon delivery.

None of this proves anything since there's no photo or signature or anything, right?
