Was told their refund option was not working because of it being a high value item and was told the only way to resolve was CC dispute

So how do they refund high value Items for other customers?

That's what I was curious if others were facing the same dilemma as me or to learn something that might give them the opportunity to refund. Item was sold and shipped by Walmart as well. I pressed that they need to resolve it and not my CC company but they would not budge.
