3 jackets are missing from the delivery, would this work?

I can confidently say they're too heavy for the partial method.

All items came in the same box, didn't sign for it either, no picture taken at door.

If the package was dumped at the door In the described manner, they've DNA'd themselves.

As long as they're responsible for loss of goods during shipment, go ahead with the DNA.

How long should I wait till I contact support about DNA? A day after the item arrives or a bit longer?


Also the package was taken in by my house mate when I was at work so it wasn't left just on the door step
