Partial method with hollister - rhinofino - 12-10-2021
Hi there
Just attempting my first SE and would like some advice please.
Order 5 items, 3 jackets, 1 set of t shirts and a hoodie.
Want to say to the rep that the 3 jackets are missing from the delivery, would this work? Or should I just say the box didn't arrive? All items came in the same box, didn't sign for it either, no picture taken at door.
Not sure the weight of the box however it's 3 jackets so it would weigh a fair amount. So that's why I'm thinking maybe not partial method?
Aby help or advice on hollister or just in general would be much appreciated thanks

As long as they're responsible for loss of goods during shipment, go ahead with the DNA.

How long should I wait till I contact support about DNA? A day after the item arrives or a bit longer?
Also the package was taken in by my house mate when I was at work so it wasn't left just on the door step

I do refund services for people. I did a small order ~$76 with like 2 pants and 2 crop tops.
Did DNA, and they have successfully rfnded 3 days later.
"we will email you" or whatever they said. Yeah it was all fine.

No signature was required so I guess DNA is the best way?

The driver's word cannot be used to verify the delivery, so you're good to go with the DNA.
