Partial method with hollister 12-10-2021, 02:11 PM

Hi there
Just attempting my first SE and would like some advice please.
Order 5 items, 3 jackets, 1 set of t shirts and a hoodie.
Want to say to the rep that the 3 jackets are missing from the delivery, would this work? Or should I just say the box didn't arrive? All items came in the same box, didn't sign for it either, no picture taken at door.
Not sure the weight of the box however it's 3 jackets so it would weigh a fair amount. So that's why I'm thinking maybe not partial method?
