I ordered a CPU from amazon.nl

What Is the precise weight?

0.16 kilograms

However, it turns out they both arrived at the same time today.

Were both packages delivered by the same driver as a single consignment?

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean with that. Both packages were scanned and delivered at the same moment, by the same driver. I don't think they are seen as a single shipment. Also, due to covid, DHL makes their drivers sign the package on behalf of the recipient, so nothing was asked. My housemate's package, though, didn't need a sign anyway because it was a cheap item he ordered. The packages were handed off to him if that matters, I wasn't home.
