today arrived both packages at the same time and the same driver, tracking number says delivered  same time and the same signature for both, i will try dna or which method u recommend?

I already contact amazon uk, the guy from cs didn't want to help me well, just told me to wait 24h, other team will contact me by email in 24h. so i enter the chat again telling to an other cs that im not clear where is my stuff and she was very nice, she tried to help a lot and send me this email.

did i do good SE or they can still ask for police report?
