My plan is to buy another pair of shoes directly from Adidas, claim the wrong shoes were sent, and return the eBay shoes.

Stating the obvious, do Adidas stock the same pair of shoes?

Also, are there any Identifiable markings that may Indicate they belong to another seller?

They stock the same shoes, the only concern I would have is the barcode on the box. Could they use it to trace the mistake?
