OKay so another update:
Contacted them today with plan as I said before (no leaking battery but just caught on fire).
Rep was very annoying. I was playing really frustrated and nervous. I said that I came with my son to my friend's informatic he could help me with troubleshooting steps with laptop. And while charging it immediately caught on fire . I said that it burnt out a dinner table a bit. I also said that I immediately threw it out by the window before it exploded cause it were seconds. Rep didn't give a fuck about the table nor safety of my son and me or anything. He didn't even feel sorry (only when I started saying that it's joke and this company don't take seriously health & security). I was complaining a lot about lipo battery that's inside. He still didn't give a fuck, he just wants picture of destroyed laptop. He also said that it would be great if I could take this electrothrash and pack it somehow I was just like are you fucking crazy dude? I said that after work I can go there and try to find a laptop but probably some people threw it out to thrash due to environment. He still didn't give a fuck and said that he can't do anything without proofs. What can I do in this situation?
