@mothered  Hopefully as the Dec. one they did request a police report for that dna, did it but their response angered me so I bypassed that by filing a report with PP...they didn't respond to that and so I got my refund. Amz was not happy lol.

BTW, Which route should I go with? Call or chat? Any guaranteed way of getting a replacement thru the automated chat bot??

Chat bot offers refunds/replacements for aged accounts only with lots of purchases, and usually only cheap items.

My question for you is how did you pay through pp with amazon? PP card?
