Best way to SE an UE Hyperboom? I can purchase other items if need be, for partial or whatever...just doubt I can find anything the would be equal in weight for wrong item received.

If the package/box Is suitable, the sealed box method has a good success rate. Stating the obvious, Is the DNA method out of the question? @Seriium has also made a few good recommendations.

oh yea, nice suggestions @Seriium What would I use to make it look like a leaking battery? @mothered not sure on what to do on the Sealed box method. And as far as DNA, done my laptop(Summer/Fall) and some earbuds...last done in Dec. Have from 10-20 purchases since then without any dna's, think I'm good to try it again?
Did a quick read on Sealed box method, not a bad idea as well.

@mothered Hopefully as the Dec. one they did request a police report for that dna, did it but their response angered me so I bypassed that by filing a report with PP...they didn't respond to that and so I got my refund. Amz was not happy lol.
BTW, Which route should I go with? Call or chat? Any guaranteed way of getting a replacement thru the automated chat bot??
