If you want to play It safe, It won't hurt to remove It from FB marketplace and when your claim Is finalized, put It back.
I've filed the complained and now they're asking to return the item:
"What should you do?
You have to send the item(s) to the return shipping address mentioned and upload the tracking information."
Is there a way around this or do I just send the box straight back? I don't want to box, cause I'm quite new to it.

We'll need some additional information about your case. You’ll have to provide the following on or before xxxxx:
Report filed with a law enforcement agency or government organization. Examples of such agencies are - Internet Crime Complaint Center (https://www.ic3.gov), state agencies, state police or a federal law enforcement agency such as the FBI or Postal Inspection Service.
What should be my next move? I still have the processor w/ me, but it's on a facebook marketplace.
edit: spelling
Can I ask what happened to the point that you're on a paypal case?
Did the company refuse or something?
The company completely ignored my emails, didn't hear from them for over 10 days, so I filed a PayPal case
