No verification. Both packages were left on my doorstep on the same day.

They've basically DNA'd themselves.

However, the more expensive package is the one with the photo from lasership. So I'm not sure it's doable.

Given It was solely left at your doorstep, the photos are deemed Inconclusive- your package was simply stolen.

The photos confirm It was delivered to the correct "address", but by no means conclude that "you personally received It".

If possible, I would love to refund both

It's extremely unlikely that both packages relating to the same order & company would go missing on the very same day, namely on a split consignment.

Personally, I'd SE just the one.

My front step and a wall of my house. The wall has a unique color that houses usually don't have, so I'm thinking this may be tough to dispute.

As stated above, the photos are useless under the circumstances.
