Patagonia refund help - Clint Barton - 03-20-2021

Hello, I've been out of the SE game for a few years and I'm trying to get a refund for a Patagonia order. Order was split into two packages and delivered by Lasership and UPS. Both delivered same day with UPS having no delivery picture while Lasership has a photo. Is there a way I can SE both or do I have to partial? I plan to do DNA. Laserships package is the one with the bulk of my order so I would want to refund that one if a partial is necessary. The only issue is the picture. My place has a unique color, so there's not really a safe way for me to dispute it. Any help is appreciated!

Are you referring to the partial method Itself, or one of the two packages?

No verification. Both packages were left on my doorstep on the same day.

One of the two packages. I was going to say I got one package (the cheaper one) and the more expensive one didn't arrive. However, the more expensive package is the one with the photo from lasership. So I'm not sure it's doable. If possible, I would love to refund both, but I'll stick with the partial if it has better odds.

My front step and a wall of my house. The wall has a unique color that houses usually don't have, so I'm thinking this may be tough to dispute.

They've basically DNA'd themselves.

Given It was solely left at your doorstep, the photos are deemed Inconclusive- your package was simply stolen.

The photos confirm It was delivered to the correct "address", but by no means conclude that "you personally received It".

It's extremely unlikely that both packages relating to the same order & company would go missing on the very same day, namely on a split consignment.

Personally, I'd SE just the one.

As stated above, the photos are useless under the circumstances.

Was the account aged, or brand new, and did it have any previous purchases?
