I've copmleted my amazon SE, taking the earbuds.

I had an issue with them and dealt with sony to get a full product exchange which they agreed to after I said I only have the earbuds.
Sent  the earbuds to them and now they say since I don't have the accesories they can't do it and I need to send it to them or they will return the earbuds as is.
So they lied in my original conversation with them saying they would exchange it even with the missing accesories.

If you don't have a digital record of the conversation stating the refund, read through their warranty/replacement/refund policy to see whether you're entitled to a refund or replacement due to partially-received goods.

i've called like 5 times and they kept saying I must return the accesories for a buy back because they don't even have the earbuds in stock or some shit

Disregard what they're telling you. If that's the case, the rep In your Initial conversation wouldn't have approved the exchange.
