Now they are saying since I didn't send back all the units they cannot do an exchange
They said they would send me back the fucked up earbuds as is

This Is somewhat confusing.

Please elaborate what the Item Is, what you've sent back and how the faulty earbuds are part of the equation.

i've copmleted my amazon SE, taking the earbuds.

I had an issue with them and dealt with sony to get a full product exchange which they agreed to after I said I only have the earbuds.
Sent the earbuds to them and now they say since I don't have the accesories they can't do it and I need to send it to them or they will return the earbuds as is.
So they lied in my original conversation with them saying they would exchange it even with the missing accesories.
