Dell also offers an Advanced Exchange Service (same as an AR- Advance Replacement), which can be SEd by using a drop address/house and a VCC, hence no need to send back the original unit. Check the carrier they'll be using and what type of verification will be required on delivery.

Hey @mothered, thanks for your awesome support, so for the website that i want to DNA (DELL.fr), i checked their website, the delivery company is ups, and they say your are required to be there to sign the pacakge, do DNA work with ups france? ( already done same thing with a 700$ phone, even if signed and all, just was required to send my id card), and i will pay with paypal in case they refuse DNA
