Back aigain to work , i want to refund a monitor from dell(france) that cost nearly 800$, what method do you advice me.

DNA?, or maybe social engering using SSN number (buy from local store) and get advanced replacement?

i can also go with paypal if simple dna did not work, and tell them the story that i didn't receive it, and they didn't want to refund me

Yes, the DNA would be your best option.

Dell also offers an Advanced Exchange Service (same as an AR- Advance Replacement), which can be SEd by using a drop address/house and a VCC, hence no need to send back the original unit. Check the carrier they'll be using and what type of verification will be required on delivery.

Hey @mothered, thanks for your awesome support, so for the website that i want to DNA (DELL.fr), i checked their website, the delivery company is ups, and they say your are required to be there to sign the pacakge, do DNA work with ups france? ( already done same thing with a 700$ phone, even if signed and all, just was required to send my id card), and i will pay with paypal in case they refuse DNA

It does not conclude that you personally received It.

For example, the driver could have signed for It (which I've personally experienced) and dropped the package at your doorstep.

yes exactly, as you pointed to me in the other post, just one last thing before purchasing, if a carrier receive your id card for more than 2-3 DNA, will they block you or refuse ? or they don't have wright to save your id card?

the company that i buy from all asked me my id, when i did DNA
they told me they send it to carrier to verify that my package is lost or not ...

so if i have done different dna with different company but same carrier, would it be a problem if my id is same?

How can an ID verify the whereabouts of a package In transit, or whether It was delivered to the correct address?

The company and carrier are under the Impression that It's a legit claim, so If you treat It as such and not raise suspicion, you won't have a problem.
