Moreover, PayPal should always be used as a backup when all else fails. There's no purpose wasting a dispute/claim, when the SE could've succeeded to begin with.

I'm gonna say it never arrived. Seeing a lot of posts where people claim SNAD with PP, and PP are asking for proof from a 3rd party.

The problem is that gopro never resolve your issue so you are forced to go to paypal. This is just if someone wants something from gopro that's all.

Why would you open a Paypal claim right ahead, they said that they will investigate the situation and then contact you. It is very common that another department takes care of issues like these so I would just wait and see what they decide to do.

Looks fine. I would say for you to remove that transcript from the net. Specially when it has your order number. Just in case

Contact them again in 2-3 days, because they say they will get back to you. They will probably tell you to wait another 2 days. Wait 2 days, contact them again, if they don’t refund you, then open a case on PayPal.

A week is more than enough time for a company to investigate something.
