Got it today, UPS guy literally tossed me the box and went his way.

Yupp, mine was left at my door at the time.
I legit wasn’t even at home when I got the email saying it was “delivered” I was half way across the city

When did you start your claim? I got it in 3 days, and didn't get any "delivered" mail.

Probably should wait a little longer? Although it said 2-3 days.

I got in contact with go pro the same day it was “delivered” stating that I got the email but no delivery.

From that point, it took 10 days of me contacting them, and then saying they will get back to me in 2 days.

After a total of around 10 days. I opened a case with PayPal.

After 2 days of opening case with PayPal, I escalated it.

I then got my money back from PayPal after another 2 days.

Did anyone incur import fees for the UK?

Ive seen on their facebooks post people complaining about import fees at the start, but now it seems to have been resolved.

I recently ordered directly from logitec, it came today with no fees.

Yes, you're not supposed to know that It arrived, so It's good practice to contact them the next day.

But defo contact them and they will keep telling you to wait 2-3 days then you can escalate

PayPal is the best for claims like this, however be careful with the amount of disputes you do end up doing on PayPal because you will eventually get banned. I only recommend PayPal for a few hits for a hardy price.

Moreover, PayPal should always be used as a backup when all else fails. There's no purpose wasting a dispute/claim, when the SE could've succeeded to begin with.

I'm gonna say it never arrived. Seeing a lot of posts where people claim SNAD with PP, and PP are asking for proof from a 3rd party.

Just remember that tracking only confirms the "address", and not the "person" who received/accepted the package.
