I am a graffiti writer, as most graffiti writers, I'm dirt shit poor, I want to order some HQ markers and ink so I can stop using janky homemade shit, due to the fragile nature, Markers and ink, what would be the best way to SE this, and has anyone SE'd from them before?

I'm thinking DOA, because DNA simply would be too difficult as packages are delivered to locked post boxes

Tracking will show It's been delivered there, however It doesn't necessarily mean that your package was placed & locked In the post box. You've opened It, and your package was not Inside.

It's the same as having registered mail delivered to my building of 50 apartment units. The mail successfully made Its way to my address, but the postman mistakenly placed It In someone else's mailbox, hence I didn't receive It.

As with every method on the same SE, you can't change your story by opting for another method at a later time. Records are kept of every claim, so unless the rep Is brain dead and approves It, they will refer It- In your case, the DNA. As you know, your backup Is a PayPal dispute/claim or a chargeback via your credit card provider.

Not sure, Most likely loose and packed together and covered in bubble-wrap or some other shipping medium

Yeah man, I used the "Pay Meth heads to steal for you" method, Pretty cheap way to get lots of paint. Back in high school, I'd resell them at a markup, pretty decent business because not many people knew someone that could get it
