Bombing science SE - Seriium - 02-13-2021
I am a graffiti writer, as most graffiti writers, I'm dirt shit poor, I want to order some HQ markers and ink so I can stop using janky homemade shit, due to the fragile nature, Markers and ink, what would be the best way to SE this, and has anyone SE'd from them before?

I'm thinking DOA, because DNA simply would be too difficult as packages are delivered to locked post boxes

It's the same as having registered mail delivered to my building of 50 apartment units. The mail successfully made Its way to my address, but the postman mistakenly placed It In someone else's mailbox, hence I didn't receive It.

Thanks for your reply Mothered, I'm going to use the DNA route as you advised, Them asking for pictures of the damage would be too much of a risk. If that doesn't work, what course of action do I have next?

As with every method on the same SE, you can't change your story by opting for another method at a later time. Records are kept of every claim, so unless the rep Is brain dead and approves It, they will refer It- In your case, the DNA. As you know, your backup Is a PayPal dispute/claim or a chargeback via your credit card provider.
Are the markers & Ink packaged together, or are they ordered Individually but arriving on the same consignment?

Not sure, Most likely loose and packed together and covered in bubble-wrap or some other shipping medium
