I received an email from a rep this morning stating that she would love to offer me a replacement and refund however to proceed with my claim a police report would have to be filled.

On the above grounds, I cannot see the SE failing.

So a little update.. Police Reports we're submitted however I was emailed to suggest someone already attempted to call local authorities however no records could be found for my report which I submitted. Could someone from the UK who has filed a police report for a refund possibly shed some light on the situation! I just sent off another email with screenshots of the call log reference number messaged to me from the police as well as an email confirmation of my report!

The police keep record of every Incident report, so for the company to claim otherwise, Is totally unacceptable.
